WE WENT TO KFC PONOKA TONIGHT AND ORDERED $70 WORTH OF FOOD. BUNS WAS OLD AND ALL THE EVERYHING BURNED AFTER WE ASKED TO HAVE ALL ORIGINAL AND NOT HOT. STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Does not accept KFC coupons. In the past I've eaten here and thought it was a good KFC, but our last visit was very disappointing. The chicken was greasier then usual and not as crispy. The staff are nice and the location is clean with ample parking and seating. They have a drive through which is also rare for a KFC.
