  I have been going to this store for years, but I have to say this past year it has really been a challenge to continue doing business there. I generally order the same thing every time I go and the staff continually get my order wrong. I always order a beverage that costs 3.80 and I would say 2 out of 3 times it is made wrong. This morning I ordered a plain tea thinking how could that go wrong and I got it with sugar and milk. There is very seldom an apology when I mention it the next time I go and often because I am on my way to work and I have a 30 minute drive, I do not realize it is wrong in time to go back. I have started to check it before I drive a way because lately it has been wrong every time. For the money this business has made over the years to not even offer to refund an order that was made wrong or give a person a free one next time is outrageous.

  About the only place in town to get great coffee. The drive-thru is confusing due to the design of the building. Can get extremely busy at times either due to long lines or slow cashiers. This store has a high turn over of staff so there's always new hires trying to learn the how to use the cashier machine. It's not open 24 hours like it used to be.

  Constantly messing up orders and you'll be lucky to get a full serving. They are so busy and miss managed that they don't take the care to fill orders properly. The worst of all Timmies!!

  Love Tims and their coffee the best out of all, but with Employees who are so rude and disrespectful, McDonald's is the place to be. Drive thru people are nice. When you go inside they are rude and disrespectful. I come for coffee, not to get yipped at and treated like a dog who dumped on the carpet.
